다음 조건을 모두 충족해야 합니다.
- 상품이 미사용 상태일 것
- 택, 라벨, 포장 등 구성품이 모두 보존되어 있을 것
- 상품 훼손, 오염, 냄새(향수·담배 등)가 없을 것
※ 착용 흔적이 확인될 경우 교환·환불이 불가합니다.
3. 교환 및 환불이 불가능한 경우
- 고객의 부주의로 인한 상품 손상
- 세일 상품 및 한정 발매 상품 (별도 공지 없는 경우)
- 사전 접수 없이 임의로 반송된 상품
4. 배송비 안내
- 단순 변심에 의한 교환·환불: 왕복 배송비 고객 부담
- 제품 불량 또는 오배송: 배송비 전액 브랜드 부담
5. 접수 방법
교환 및 환불은 반드시 고객센터 또는 문의 채널이나 인스타 디엠 등을 통해 사전 접수 후 진행해 주세요.
접수 없이 반송된 상품은 처리되지 않을 수 있습니다.
6. 환불 처리 안내
환불은 상품 회수 및 검수 완료 후 영업일 기준 3–7일 이내 결제 수단에 따라 처리됩니다.

2. Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
All of the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused and unworn
- All original components, including tags, labels, and packaging, must be intact
- The item must show no damage, stains, or odors (such as perfume or cigarette smoke)
※ Items showing any signs of wear are not eligible for return or exchange.
3. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
- Items damaged due to customer negligence
- Sale items and limited-release items (unless otherwise stated)
- Items returned without prior authorization
4. Shipping Costs
- Change of mind: The customer is responsible for round-trip shipping costs
- Defective or incorrectly shipped items: Shipping costs will be fully covered by the brand
5. Return & Exchange Process
All return and exchange requests must be submitted in advance through our customer service, inquiry channels, or Instagram DM.
Items returned without prior approval may not be processed.
6. Refund Processing
Refunds will be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Processing may take 3–7 business days, depending on the original payment method.
